About Us

Rebecca joined the Copper Mountain Technologies team in 2017 and is responsible for managing the marketing team. She has over 10 years of experience working on marketing campaigns and strategies, internal and external communications, event planning and management, product marketing, and marketing tools and platforms. Before she joined the CMT team, Rebecca worked at 12 Stars Media for 3 years, most recently as the Brand Director.

Rafael joined Copper Mountain Technologies in 2018 and is responsible for managing business development for the Latin America and Mexico regions. He has been working in the test instruments industry for the last 10 years, focused on Wireless and RF markets for companies like Viavi, Aeroflex, and Copper Mountain Technologies.

Jared joined the Copper Mountain Technologies team in 2020 and is responsible for managing the business development for the EMEA regions. He has over 25 years in RF and Microwave and Test and Measurement industries and has held positions in Marketing and Sales for companies including Racal, Hewlett Packard, and LeCroy.

Hai Yee joined the Copper Mountain Technologies team in 2016 and is responsible for managing the business development for the APAC region. He has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications arena managing RF network engineering and business development in Asia. Before he joined Copper Mountain Technologies, he was responsible for the SaaS business for PICS Auditing in Asia.

Rick joined Copper Mountain Technologies in 2015 and is responsible for managing sales in the United States and Canada. He has more than 35 years of experience in the Microwave and Test & Measurement industries and has held positions in operations and engineering before moving into product and sales management roles.

Lucy joined Copper Mountain Technologies in 2017 as Controller and is responsible for managing the Finance and Operations departments. She brings diverse experience in areas of financial accounting, budgeting, and system implementation projects. Before joining the CMT team, she was employed at T2 Systems for 8 years with the Accounting and Finance and Operations Departments.

Alexey joined Copper Mountain Technologies in 2021 and is responsible for managing the team at CMT Europe. He has 20 years of experience in the test & measurement industry.

Subbaiah joined the Applications Engineering team at Copper Mountain Technologies’ in 2015 and is currently responsible for managing the Applications Engineering team. He also works closely with cross-functional team members during the definition, development, and launch of new products to the marketplace to ensure customer expectations are met regarding serviceability, performance, and application of VNAs. Subbaiah has presented many technical papers and topics over his years with CMT, like MicroApps at international microwave conferences.

Kevin joined the Copper Mountain Technologies team in 2016 and is responsible for managing the Service, Repair, and Calibration departments. Kevin has over 13 years of experience maintaining and repairing various electromechanical systems. Before joining the team at CMT, he worked for 3 years at Smiths Detection as a Field Service Engineer.

Irena joined the company in 2017 as a seasoned technology industry executive. Prior to coming to CMT, Irena worked more than 15 years in the tech industry, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at T2 Systems, a leader in IoT solutions for the parking industry. Irena has experience managing software and hardware product development, marketing, managed services, product management and M&A. Irena holds an MBA from Indiana University.

Alex co-founded Copper Mountain Technologies in 2011 with the goal of delivering to engineers precise, affordable network analyzers. Leading CMT from inception through rapid growth, Alex kept that goal central to the business. While working to achieve this goal, the company changed the VNA industry by creating a new category of metrology-grade USB VNAs. Under his leadership, Copper Mountain Technologies was recognized by industry analyst Frost & Sullivan in 2015 and 2017. Alex continues to champion his signature customer-focused approach and solution thought leadership. Alex holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Sergey co-founded Copper Mountain Technologies in 2011. As an RF engineer with 30 years of experience he knew first-hand the importance of having access to precise, affordable network analyzers. From launching the company with three VNAs to over 30 products in CMT’s lineup today, Sergey has focused on helping other engineers solve problems. His technical leadership is built on innovation and creativity in product design and manufacturing. He constantly strives to find new ways to make precise test and measurement solutions accessible to all engineers who need them. Sergey holds a MS in Electrical Engineering with major in RF, and authored multiple patents.
